Information we use
We use your email to sign you in and manage your account. We store uploaded product images, generated results, and designs to provide the service and display your work in your account.
Image processing and payments
Images and necessary instructions are sent to image-processing providers to fulfil your request. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We use service providers for hosting, authentication, and email delivery.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for sign-in and your language preference. We record daily counts of page views, clicks, generations, and download requests without linking them to your email or images. Browser analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. This tracking does not use advertising cookies.
Contact and retention
When you contact us, we store your name, email, and message to handle your request. A temporary network-address hash helps prevent form abuse. Account data, images, and support messages are retained as needed to provide the service and follow up; you can request deletion through our contact page. Payment records may be retained for accounting or legal obligations.
Your choices
Contact us to request access to or correction of your data, or deletion of your account and images. Do not include sensitive information in product uploads or support messages.
Campaign links
When you open a campaign link, we save its campaign code in a cookie for 30 days to measure results. On sign-in we associate the code with your account during the attribution window and attach it to checkout to record verified purchases. The campaign code may remain in payment records. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Contact us to request deletion of attribution data.
