Using the studio
Lakta is a service for creating product marketing images. You must own or have permission to use the images and brands you upload and provide accurate account information.
Content rules
Content is product-focused. Human figures, sexual content, graphic violence, abusive content, and unlawful material are not permitted. Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights or mislead buyers.
Reviewing results
AI tools can alter product details, lettering, or fabric. Review product and brand accuracy before publishing; you are responsible for the suitability of images for your products and advertising.
Plans and credits
The pricing page shows US-dollar prices and image allowances. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through subscription management. Monthly credits expire at the end of their period and do not roll over. The one-time trial pack does not renew and its credits do not expire. Regeneration uses a new credit; failed generation does not consume a credit.
Support and billing issues
If you encounter an incorrect charge or missing credits, contact us with the transaction reference, without card details. Refund requests are reviewed according to the transaction circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
Service availability
Tools may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of service-provider interruptions. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. These terms do not override consumer rights that cannot be waived.
